A reflective fine art print exploring identity and belonging, taken from my original textile artwork Which Square Hole Am I Looking For?. Created during my journey to realising I am autistic in my 30s, this piece honours both the challenges and relief of self-discovery.
The artwork reads: “How are you supposed to know where you belong if you don’t know who you are?” Handmade appliqué letters, cut from painted recycled fabric, bring texture and depth to the words, celebrating honesty and lived experience.
This piece was shown as part of my Befriending my Brain exhibition in Cornerstone Arts Centre, Didcot (2024), and The Old Fire Station, Oxford (2025).
