Hello, I'm Eden

I’m an artist and art facilitator based in South Oxfordshire, England.

I live with my partner and our two very helpful cats, Effie and Seymour.

A playful sense of being free to be myself is what drives my art practice and the sessions I lead with others; we can use creating art to be kind to ourselves!

Let's make art together
  • I've always been creative.

  • A young child wearing a red and black shirt and an orange apron stands at a kitchen counter, surrounded by household items, a newspaper-covered table, and a box of cereal in a retro-style kitchen scene.

I feel happiest when making a mess, building things, and playing with colours and textures.

  • As I got older I realised I was brilliant at helping others feel safe to do the same.

I am a late realised, and late diagnosed, autistic ADHDer

Which is what helps me be so blimmin' emphathetic!

The journey of unmasking my autism inspires my artwork; learning to unapologetically be myself. We hide so many facets of ourselves to be palatable. What if we lived out loud, in full colour?

My art is intuitive, created mindfully in the present moment. It is my colourful mindfulness practice, and I envelop myself in my senses as I create; the shapes paint makes when a brush is pushed against the paper, the sound of thread piercing fabric, the smell of inks, the feel of my hands covered in paint.

Through my art sessions I help people be kinder to themselves through their creating. Check out my mindful art groups.

I use my skills as a mindfulness teacher to help you relax into the present moment.

I am accredited by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, and teach secular mindfulness.
