Relaxing, Creative Online Workshops
Gentle, open creative sessions for adults to slow down and connect with themselves.
Creative workshops for wellbeing
Bring some calm into your day with my informal creative workshops.
I specialise in holding a friendly, supportive online space, where you can explore creating in your own way.
They are open to any adult, regardless of when the last time you made art was!

You might be...
- interested in creative wellbeing, and looking for a guide
- a burnt out creative, and wanting to dip your toe back in
- recovering from perfectionism, and would like a creative cheerleader
- a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person (like me!), looking for someone who gets it
-
Eden’s the best person I’ve ever met at setting the tone and helping a group reach that state of mindfulness. I come away from sessions feeling refreshed.

Through a mix of guided starting points and freedom to go with what you creatively want; I always get so much out of the sessions personally, whilst having the opportunity to build my confidence in my art skills and experimentation.

How Relax & Create works
How do these sessions work?
Sessions take place on Zoom.
This is an open ended session where you choose what you create. It's time for you to relax and unwind, using art and mindfulness to unwind, create and play!
My art sessions are open to anyone*, regardless of when the last time you made art was. The emphasis is on slowing down and creative self care, not what your art looks like. There are no skills taught. There's nothing that can be done wrong (or right).
*This session is open to those aged 16 and older.
What is the theme for?
As these sessions are totally open with what you bring and create, there is an optional theme for each session to give a bit of structure to those who want it.
The theme is always totally open to interpretation and completely optional - you can ignore it if you like!
Past themes have included 'self compassion', 'acceptance', 'calm', 'slowness'
What's the structure of the sessions?
We start with a brief check in via the Zoom chat (I'll ask you what colour you feel like right now!).
Then I lead an optional mindfulness meditation, to help settle into the present moment and let go of your to-do list.
I'll give some ideas of where you might like to start. We'll then all create art in our own way, together, all muted on Zoom. I'll play some relaxing music to help set the mood.
There is time to share at the end if you'd like to - there is never any pressure to share or speak.
What do I need to bring?
These art sessions are totally open to whatever you want to do!
Whatever art materials, or relaxing activity, you'd like to bring are absolutely great.
For example, you might like to bring:
- Acrylic or watercolour paints
- Colouring or drawing pens
- Pencils
- Collage materials
- Recycled packaging for building
- A puzzle
- A book for reading
Can anyone do the meditation?
This session includes an optional mindfulness meditation to help you relax. It will last around 10 minutes.
Whilst mindfulness meditation is generally a very safe practice, there are some contraindications:
As we will be focussing on the breath, if you have asthma or a serious breathing difficulty, please have a fully charged inhaler with you.
As relaxation can trigger epileptic seizures, if you have epilepsy that is not controlled by medication, please seek your doctor's permission before joining.
When booking your place you agree to the above terms and conditions and agree that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions around health care. Ultimately, the responsibility to take the best care of yourself lies with you.
You can make whatever you like!
