Refund policy

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that this policy applies to readily available original artworks only, not commissioned originals or fine art prints.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Postage for returned items is at the collector's expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and let me know immediately if there are any issues at hello@edenfay.co.uk.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissioned originals and fine art prints. Please contact me at hello@edenfay.co.uk if you are not happy with your commission.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
