Using art to look after mental health at work

I specialise in combining mindfulness with art and crafting to help look after your mental wellbeing.

I work with companies and charities in South Oxfordshire, and am happy to travel further afield.

We can also work virtually; perfect for remote workers.

Examples of creative wellbeing sessions I offer

Drawing Meditation

A gorgeously slow session where I guide you though drawing a simple pattern.

Perfect for relaxation. Can be done online or in person.

Mindful Drawing

These relaxed sessions involve looking closer than we normally would do at a plant or piece of fruit, for example.

A fantastic way to explore mindfulness through art and exploring mindful and silly drawing activities.

This session can be done in person, where I bring a variety of drawing materials, or virtually.

Great for relaxation and lighthearted team building.

Mindful Painting

Exploring with different kinds of paint, different subject matters, different techniques… from mindfulness, to playing and making a mess!

These sessions work brilliantly in person, and can be delivered online with packs of materials sent out to participants.

Great for relaxation and light hearted team building.

Mindful Crafting

Creating with a bit more structure and instructions to follow. Activities could include weaving, origami or slow stitching.

Excellent for light hearted team building in person.

Mindful Sculpting

Hands-on creating using clay, paper or recycled materials; a great way to take pressure off by using low-key art materials and seeing what happens.

Best done in person. Great for relaxation and light hearted team building.

Bespoke themes

I can create a bespoke workshop to fit your needs. If you have an idea you’d like me to turn into a mindful workshop, get in touch!

Workshops could include celebrating specific times of year, for example Christmas, Blue Monday, Valentine's Day (let's make a card for ourselves!), Halloween, etc.

Workshops can also explore themes such as wellbeing, celebrating ourselves, confidence, as well as specific events being celebrated at your company.

Excellent for creative team building, relaxation, and fun!

Bespoke sessions can be created for in person workshops, or virtually.
