Relax & Create 8th May: Self-Compassion

Join me for a calm hour of mindfulness and creating, where the emphasis is gentle focus and relaxation.
Friday 8th May, 10am-11am BST on Zoom
The optional/loose theme is Self-Compassion.
This is time for you to slow down and take an hour for yourself. Anything you create is a bonus; there is no pressure to create something 'good'.
You can bring any art or craft (or relaxing activity like a puzzle or reading) to join in with. You can also order a craft kit from me (but please give lots of time for it to arrive!).
Eden will email the Zoom link to attendees a day or two before the session.
What to expect
- A brief check in via the Zoom chat
- An optional guided mindfulness meditation
- Leisurely time to make art, craft or colour in
- An optional brief check out together
Health and safety
- If you have a serious breathing difficulty (including asthma), please ensure you have a fully charged inhaler with you.
- Epilepsy can be triggered by relaxation. If you have epilepsy and it is inactive or controlled by medication, please take care and take any precautions you need to. Otherwise, please have your doctor's written permission to take part.
- You need to be age 16+ to join the session.
- This is not art therapy.
