1:1 Mindful Art Sessions for Adults
Join me for private sessions to relax and unwind, and build confidence in yourself and your art making, in a safe and supportive environment.
Working 1:1 means time for you, and just you. We can explore creating art on your terms, and finding the fun and joy within the process.
A lot of us feel like we want to express ourselves through creativity, but feel restricted by ‘not being good enough’ or ‘getting things wrong’.
I’m here to help you see that you can’t get art wrong, and creating can be a very powerful tool to help you look after yourself mindfully.
Sessions cost £50 for each online session where you bring your own art materials, or £60 for each session in my art studio in Didcot, using my art materials.
"Eden's open-minded attitude has enabled me to put my own self-judgements aside and really focus on engaging with and fully enjoying the process."

Helpful information
What is mindful art?
What is mindful art?
Mindfulness is about paying attention on purpose to what we’re doing, without judging whether our experience is good or bad.
Mindfulness can help us put some space between us and our thoughts and focus on our body and our sensory experience, which is why mindfulness is so helpful for dealing with stress and anxiety.
We can practice mindfulness with creating art. We can tune into our senses whilst we create, we can pay close attention to our art materials, the colours, the textures. We can notice thoughts that emerge and how we are feeling.
Creating art mindfully means really slowing down and focussing on the process of creating itself, without judgement. It can be incredibly relaxing and wonderful for expressing yourself!
Will we all create the same thing in the group?
What’s important for me is that there is no fixed ‘end goal’ during my art sessions.
This allows room for each person to make the art their own. Whether it’s a theme or a colouring page, we are all unique and have our own way of looking at the world and approaching creating.
Each person can create in whichever way makes sense to them at that moment, using whichever art materials they’ve chosen to use on that day.
My art sessions provide time and space for you to play, explore and experiment. There is nothing to get wrong, because there’s nothing to get right.
