Creative corporate well-being for your workplace
Using art to look after mental health at work
I specialise in combining mindfulness with art and crafting to help look after your mental wellbeing.
I work with staff members and charities in South Oxfordshire, and am happy to travel further afield. I also work virtually.
“Eden hosted four mindfulness art sessions at our company conference and did a beautiful job of creating a calm and connective experience. Our team members were encouraged to connect with each other, building a sense of community through crafting and art. No previous ability was needed and Eden instilled confidence in every person, even the most nervous, and demonstrated that art is for everyone and can we a powerful way to connect with others. Thank you Eden for creating a beautiful and restorative session for us all.”

Creative mindfulness sessions in Oxfordshire
Creative mindfulness sessions are a great way to bring a team together and have a go at something a little different. Perfect for team building, a creative way to spend a lunch break, or a work function.
My sessions are lighthearted, fun and relaxed. There is no requirement for previous art or mindfulness experience, and the emphasis is on being with the process of creating, rather than any artistic outcome.
As a certified mindfulness teacher, I can also offer mindfulness meditations, and/or use mindfulness informally with the art making process.
My approach to mindfulness is secular.
My top mindful art sessions
My mindful art workshops are informal and accessible, and beginner-friendly. I remind people the emphasis is on creating mindfully, rather than the outcome.
Sessions range from activities with clear step-by-step instructions, to more expressive workshops with room for exploring and playing.
I can design bespoke art workshops to your needs. Here are some ideas of what I’ve previously delivered, and what I know works well as a mindful activity. This list is by no means exhaustive; if you have an idea you’d like me to turn into a mindful workshop, get in touch and we can chat!
Mindful Drawing
Looking closer than we normally would do, with a variety of drawing materials. A fantastic way to explore mindfulness through art.
Mindful Painting
Exploring with different kinds of paint, different subject matters, different techniques… from mindfulness, to playing and making a mess!
Mindful Craft
Creating with a bit more structure and instructions to follow. Activities could include weaving, origami or slow stitching.
Mindful Sculpting
Hands-on creating using clay, paper or recycled materials; a great way to take pressure off by using low-key art materials and seeing what happens.
Mindful Printing
One of my favourite ways to create. We can explore varying techniques and outcomes, using lino printing, monoprinting or relaxed screen printing.
Art around a Theme
I can create a bespoke workshop to fit your needs. Themes could include Christmas, biodiversity, wellbeing, celebrating ourselves, or team building.
“Eden hosts and runs the monthly and popular Mindfulness Crafting workshops we run for the occupiers at Milton Park Business Park. Eden is an incredibly engaging person and an absolute delight to work with. Eden always comes up with imaginative and fascinating new themes for the workshops. We couldn't be happier, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Eden to you.”

Bespoke virtual creative wellbeing workshops for your team
Delivering sessions via Zoom (or Microsoft Teams, if you’d prefer) means my mindful art sessions are accessible from anywhere, and colleagues are able to be more flexible.
I am able to hold a calm, relaxed and informal space online for you, and guide the participants as much or as little as needed.

Being immersed in creating is great for promoting focus, helping us to relax and look after our mental health
Engaging with art and crafts requires creative problem-solving skills
Brings a sense of achievement and boosts self esteem, especially when we create art to celebrate ourselves!
A fun and different way to bond with others in our group
“Eden has created bespoke mindful art workshops for the charity I work for, Art & Soul. She worked to the brief brilliantly and delivered excellent sessions which embedded mindfulness techniques into the art making. We had great feedback from participants and I would highly recommend Eden for similar work in future!”
