Hello, I’m Eden Fay!
I’m Eden, a textile artist, art workshop facilitator, and certified mindfulness teacher based in South Oxfordshire, UK. Making art is a huge part of my life. It helps me to play, process how I’m feeling, delve into my identity and make myself laugh (I make a lot of silly things). As a member of the late-discovered neurodivergent club, having this outlet for myself has been incredibly helpful and therapeutic.

“Eden's expertise at reading people and tailoring sessions to different needs, along with her warm, welcoming approach, is what makes her sessions so memorable and unique.” - Oxygen (CEP)
I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams unlock their creativity, reduce stress, and foster deeper connections through art and mindfulness workshops. This year, I’d love to work with more companies and teams to help support their staff wellbeing. The art and crafting workshops I run are great for connecting, taking a break and embracing our humanness.
Whether you’re looking for in-person workshops in Oxfordshire or London, or virtual workshops to connect remote teams anywhere, I’m here to help bring creativity and mindfulness to your workplace.
How can art transform workplace wellbeing?
Creating art helps to navigate stress and connect with others, which is an experience I’m passionate about bringing to workplaces, where stress and burnout are increasingly common. My workshops offer a chance to pause, connect, and embrace creativity - whether you’re a seasoned artist or haven’t picked up a pencil since school.
As I mentioned earlier, art is where I play, process emotions, explore my place in the world and make myself laugh (one of my specialties is creating silly things!). For me – and for many others – art is more than just an activity; it’s a therapeutic outlet.

Research has shown that allowing space for creativity and engaging with art positively impacts on physical and mental health. Offering the opportunity in the workplace to slow down, connect and use creative expression contributes towards these positive changes. Practicing creativity can also help with skills such as innovating, problem solving and adaptability, which can see quality of work improve too.
To sum up, art and crafting workshops can be a powerful way to:
🎨 Reduce stress, support mental health and express yourself
🎨 Foster stronger connections within teams, building relationships and boosting workforce morale
🎨 Promote mindfulness and focus, practicing skills that benefit beyond the workshop
🎨 Encourage play and creativity, giving your team space to relax, stretch their creative muscles and recharge
"Eden’s art classes are very accessible and very peaceful. I have learned new skills and relaxed." - A workshop participant
No art experience? No problem!
Many of us carry internalised messages from school or society that we’re “not good” at art. My workshops challenge this mindset.
What if art wasn’t about being good, but about how it makes you feel? What if the focus was on reducing stress, practicing mindfulness, and connecting with yourself and your colleagues?
My sessions are intentionally relaxed and supportive. I believe there’s no “right” way to create; just the way that feels best for you.
That’s the philosophy I bring to every session: art as a process, not a product.

My experience working with diverse groups
Over the years, I’ve facilitated workshops for a wide range of groups, including:
🎨 Stroke survivors
🎨 People with visual impairments
🎨 Individuals with learning disabilities
🎨 Adults who want to relax using art
🎨 Corporate groups for creative team building
These experiences have taught me the value of tailoring sessions to meet diverse needs, creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome.
Now, I’m excited to bring this approach to more businesses and teams in Oxfordshire, London, and beyond, offering art and mindfulness workshops designed to boost staff wellbeing and team connection.
"You really embraced the group and created a care free environment. We need more people like you in the world." - MyVision Oxfordshire

“Eden’s art class was soothing because it provided an hour or so to stop, breathe and enjoy the process." - A workshop participant
As a certified mindfulness teacher, I also incorporate informal mindfulness techniques into the sessions, helping participants ground themselves and stay present as they create. If desired, I can also lead more formal meditations—my ‘meditation voice’ is often very relaxing for participants!
So whether you’re planning a lunchtime drop-in session, a team-building event, a conference activity, or a wellbeing initiative, I’ll work with you to design the perfect workshop.
I love collaborating with businesses to create experiences that leave teams feeling refreshed, connected, and inspired.
