My creative well-being sessions are for self care

This isn’t a place to learn how to produce a masterpiece or how to improve your skills.

This is a place for being kind to your mind.

All of my sessions are really informal and low-key, and there is never any expectation, pressure or judgement; just a supportive space to unwind and explore your creativity and your thoughts.

You don’t need any art or mindfulness experience for my sessions. They are time to let go of expectations of yourself, relax and play, and are open to everyone.

Art and mindfulness sessions I offer…

1:1 Online art sessions

Enjoy dedicated time, just for you, to create art with me. These sessions are great for exploring your creativity or returning to creating, in a safe, private and supportive space.

Well-being at work

The well-being of your staff is always important, no matter where you work. I offer one-off or series of art and mindfulness sessions, online as well as in person.

Group online sessions

Join me live for exploring art together! Sessions include open-ended themes and mindfulness meditation to help you let go of your to-do list and settle into the present moment.

On Demand art

Mindful art sessions in your own time. Explore at your own pace with my library of On Demand classes, recorded from previous live Zoom calls.

Playful artist Eden Silver-Myer is laughing at two hand made cardboard animals she is holding

Hello, I’m Eden Fay.

I’m an artist, jewellery maker, art facilitator and trained mindfulness teacher. I love working with people and making animals from cardboard.

I’ve spent a lot of my life dealing with anxiety and depression, and I know how important it is to be on your own side. I’ve found I can allow myself some space though making art mindfully. I hope it will resonate with you, too.
